Bill Fleissner - President and General Manager

Bill Fleissner is the Founder, President, and General Manager of Avionics Interface Modules (AIM-USA). Mr. Fleissner remains involved in all operations and is the majority shareholder. Under his direction, AIM-USA has developed a reputation for providing the highest technology and feature rich products with outstanding customer satisfaction, making AIM-USA a leader in the avionics industry.

Mr. Fleissner has designed and installed a wide variety of military test and simulation systems for the Department of Defense (DOD) and its contractors, including telemetry monitoring and launch control systems for the Tomahawk Cruise Missile Program; Atlas, Centaur, Titan, and Delta ELVs (Expendable Launch Vehicle - Rockets); the Consolidated Communications Facility at Johnson Space Center for the Shuttle and Space Station Freedom Programs; and many flight test applications for NASA and DOD programs, including missiles, rockets, military aircraft, and satellite programs. Separately, many of these products and systems have also been used to test and simulate avionics on commercial airline development programs.

Mr. Fleissner has previously held Design Engineering, Systems Integration, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Executive Management positions at General Instrument, General Dynamics, L3-Com (formerly Loral Instrumentation), and SBS Technologies. He has authored articles and taught avionics bus standards at many technical conferences as he continues to research and architect products for embedded flight computer applications.

Mr. Fleissner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nebraska, and has pursued subsequent post graduate studies at UCSD (Univ. of California at San Diego), UCLA, MIT, and Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Ken Bisson – Executive Vice President of Sales

Ken Bisson is co-owner of AIM-USA. He has over 20 years experience in aerospace systems design and applications. He previously served as National Sales Manager for the Aerospace Division of SBS Technologies, Senior Application Engineer at AP Labs, and as principal engineer of Aerospace Systems at MIT Lincoln Laboratories.

Mr. Bisson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.

Troy Troshynski – Sr. Vice President of Marketing and Product Development

Troy Troshynski joined AIM-USA in 2002. He has over eight years of experience working with high speed avionics and data communications protocols. Mr. Troshynski has worked developing MIL-STD-1553, ARINC429, and ARINC664 applications software. He has a wide background covering applications, device driver, and embedded real-time software development on a variety of operating systems.

Mr. Troshynski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Gary Warden – Vice President of Business Development

Gary Warden is AIM-USA's Vice President of Business Development. He is also the founder of SRB Consulting Inc., a training and design firm specializing in Fibre Channel. Mr. Warden is a principal member of the NCITS T11 Fibre Channel Standards Committee, and a member of the NCITS T11.3 and NCITS T11.5 working groups. He previously served as secretary and facilitator for the FC-AE (Fibre Channel Avionics Environment) special interest group.

Mr. Warden has over 25 years of experience in high-performance workstation clustering, avionics support systems, crew training systems, and R&D Simulation, as well as commercial real-time network product development. He is the co-inventor of SCRAMNet, a successful real-time network protocol used extensively in the Department of Defense (DOD) Real-Time communities. Mr. Warden has developed many simulation models of Fibre Channel protocols and specific vendors’ products including a detailed model of the Arbitrated Loop Port State Machine, disk drives, switches, and hubs using the Foresight modeling language. These models have been used by several commercial and DOD companies to evaluate Fibre Channel performance.

Mr. Warden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Computing Systems Option from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Andy Kragick – Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer

Andy Kragick is the Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer for AIM-USA. He has worked for over 10 years with Fibre Channel and other high-speed data transmission protocols.

Mr. Kragick has worked developing Fibre Channel switch software and hardware with Next Generation Systems and developing Fibre Channel and VITA 17.1 hardware and software with Systran Corp. He has a diverse background covering device driver development on a variety of operating systems and VHDL/Verilog development, specializing in large FPGA architectures.

Mr. Kragick holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio.

Drake Dingeman – Vice President of Hardware Engineering

Drake Dingeman is Vice President of Hardware Engineering at AIM-USA. Prior to joining the company in 2004, he was Senior Principal Engineer at Spectral Systems Inc., (Sierra Nevada Corporation). He has held a number of design, managerial, and advisory positions at Next Generation Systems, Systran (Curtiss Wright Controls), and Yellow Springs Instruments.

Mr. Dingeman has a rich background in Fibre Channel electronic and interface design, optics, assembly coordination, and testing for Fibre Channel analyzers and switches. In addition, he has over 30 years of experience in electronic design including printed circuit board design and layout, semiconductor lines, VHDL and graphical state machines, analog circuit design, fiber optics receivers and transmitters, transmission lines, and crosspoint switching and layout. He is also responsible for the invention and subsequent patent of the missing transition serial communication protocol.

Mr. Dingeman holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in West Layfayette, Indiana.

Dick Kusleika – Chief Financial Officer (Controller)

Dick Kusleika joined AIM-USA as Financial Controller and Operations Manager in 2006. He worked as a licensed CPA for six years at several accounting firms including the audit, tax, and advisory firm KPMG International. After leaving public practice, Mr. Kusleika worked in private industry at manufacturing and construction companies.

He holds an inactive CPA license and is a notary public for the State of Nebraska. Microsoft has recognized Mr. Kusleika with a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) Award every year since 2001 for his involvement in the Excel community.

Mr. Kusleika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an Accounting specialization from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
